This includes an above-ground building area of around 94,000 square meters and two basement levels totaling about 50,000 square meters. Shenzhen Bay Park is an extensive coastal park near Shenzhen Bay, including the Futian Mangrove Nature Reserve, Shenzhenwan Gongyuan-Zhuifeng Lunhua Park, Sunrise Open-air Plaza, and other areas. Across the sea lies the Mai Po Nature Reserve in Hong Kong. It stretches approx. 10.5 km along the coastline, covers a total area of approx. 128.74 hectares, and serves as a concentrated coastal leisure belt for Shenzhen.
